Elan is based in Naarm Melbourne, Australia but we ship our products to all mothers around the world. There may be longer deliver times when ordering from overseas and remote areas due to shipping delays, please be patient with us. At Elan we make a promise to our Elan community to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Shipping charges are calculated within the shopping cart. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and select your destination. Your shipping price and approximate delivery timeframe will be displayed. Shipping is calculated at the end of your transaction.

In-stock products that are purchased on weekdays before 5pm (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched within 2 working days. A tracking number will be provided to you via the email in which you placed the order on. If you haven’t received an email, kindly reach out to our team at info@elan.house.

Before our products are shipped each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. All parcels are shipped via Shippit or Australia Post to ensure that your purchase is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible.

All of our retail products have a shelf life of 6 months after being opened for use.
